Starters

Smoked Salmon Strips served on sautéed spinach and toasted English muffin, finished with crème fraiche and dill caviar. £9.00

Rabbit Roulade served with pea purée, garlic & chestnut arancini and micro herb salad. £9.00

Mushroom Pâté served on toasted onion roll, finished with old fashioned plum chutney (V). £9.00

Pan Fried Scallops served with pork belly and cauliflower purée, topped with pine nuts and truffle jus. £10.00

Mains

Slow Cooked Turkey Roulade stuffed with sage, onion, and pine nuts, with mini roasted potatoes and all the trimmings, finished with cranberry jus.  £23.00

 

Slow Cooked Confit Duck leg served with gratin and red cabbage, finished with cherry jus. £23.00

 

Oven Baked Hake topped with almond flakes served with new potatoes, sprouts and chestnuts, finished with a dill caviar sauce. £23.00

 

Puff Pastry Roulade filled with camembert, mixed nuts and figs, served on creamy white asparagus (V). £22.00
